Click Manage Contacts in your Adopia account.
Under Manage Contacts, select the Add Contacts tab.
Under the Add Contacts tab, select a saved mailing list(s) and choose how you would like to add contacts to your selected list(s). You have the option
of a Batch Import Via CSV File, you can Add Records Individually, or Enter Multiple Contacts Into a Text Box.
When you are finished click Import Files, if you were importing your list. If you were adding contacts manually click Add Contact when finished.
